NEW ARRIVALS AND OUR POLICY

NEW ARRIVALS
- Check in between 15.00 and 19.00. Check out by 10:00am.
- Guests must provide us with a mobile number. This will be used to contact you by text on the morning of arrival. Should you wish to check in later than the above times, please let us know, so we can provide you with the self check in information. We would also appreciate a message to let us know if your arrival will be delayed.
- Children 14 years and over are welcome. Baby cots are not available, nor is there capacity in the rooms for them. We have no capacity for extra beds in any room and the maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons.
- Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
- EV charging not available on-site; nearby options available
- To be more environmentally friendly we do not normally service your room if your stay is only 2 nights, although please advise if your bins need emptying, hospitality tray needs replenishing or if would like your towels changed. However if you wish your room to be fully serviced please let us know.
OUR POLICY
Larchside Guest House expectations of you (and your group)
You must NOT:
- Smoke anywhere inside the premises. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes. Permitted smoking areas will be identified on site. Smoking on the premises outside of the designated smoking area will result in a £80.00 fine.
- Bring Pets on the premises AND pets are not allowed to be left in cars overnight.
- Bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment onto the premises.
- Use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, mini cookers or portable grills, within guest rooms.
- Tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment.
- Remove, damage or destroy any property.
- Fly unmanned aerial vehicles AKA “drones” near the premises or in the grounds, staying at Larchside does not grant permission.
If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the Guest House, other guests, or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to R W COOK, on demand, the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.
NOISE POLICY
Our “Noise” policy requires that all guests respect the comfort of others by keeping TV volume to a minimum and talking levels reasonable for the time of day/night. If the noise in your room or in the common areas causes discomfort to other guest, then you will be asked to reduce the noise level.
