Payment Conditions

• A deposit of 25% of the stay is required. This deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.

• Full booking balance payment due 7 days before check-in

• A valid payment card is required to guarantee the booking.

• Payments by: cash, cheque, BACS and the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.

• We strongly recommend that you should cover yourself with travel indemnity.

Cancellation Conditions

• Cancel 6 days or less before your arrival then you will be charged 25% of the stay. 

• In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Visitor Levy

• The Scottish Government has introduced legislation for a Visitor Levy, which may apply to overnight stays in the future. While the levy is not yet in effect, we will keep our guests informed about any updates ahead of its planned introduction.
